General

• All prices exclude VAT at the current rate of 20%.

• Prices do not include installation of the machines.

Property of Goods

• All purchased items will remain the full property of Pavilion Catering Equipment UK Limited until they are paid for in full.

Carriage

• Many items come with free delivery. Shipping costs are indicated at the checkout or on request.

Delivery

• Please check delivered goods before signing, as broken or damaged goods cannot be replaced if they are signed for as 'Good Condition' upon delivery.
  

• Deliveries are made between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
  

• Deliveries are made to the outside of the premises.
  

• Depending on the order, Special/Weekend deliveries are available on request by calling the office on 0800 528 5226.

• Pavilion Catering Equipment UK Ltd. shall not in any circumstances be liable for any failure or delay in delivery, and/or consequential loss incurred on the goods delivered howsoever caused

Warranty

• The standard warranty for brand new items is 12 months parts only warranty. Warranties are only valid to the first purchaser and do not remain valid if the item is sold on at a later date.
  

• Warranties are neither effective nor valid until the item is paid for in full.
  

Returns

• Returns are only accepted when given writted approval from Pavilion Catering Equipment UK Ltd.
  

• Items can only be accepted if they are packaged exactly as they were when originally delivered/collected.
  

• There is a 25% restocking charge on all returned items. In addition, freight must be prepaid to our premises or the premises of our supplier.
